Head of Accounting and Small Business at Kinore
Tom is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) and is Head of Accountant and Small Business at Kinore. Areas of expertise include Accounting, Compliance, and Taxation relating to small business and company directors.
Tom oversees a team of accountants who work closely with high-potential start-ups and SMEs, providing expert business advice and guidance and ensuring their statutory requirements are taken care of. He has built great client relationships and has experience providing technical support in accounting, compliance, and taxation to business owners so they can grow and scale their businesses.


Neil McDonnell
CEO of Irish SME Association (ISME)
Neil has been Chief Executive of ISME since 2016 and is a leading voice for Ireland’s SME sector. His areas of expertise include business policy, compliance, and industrial strategy, with a strong focus on creating a fairer, more competitive environment for small businesses.
Since joining ISME, Neil has been especially active on issues such as reducing insurance costs for SMEs, introducing a perjury act to tackle white-collar crime, and pushing for comprehensive reform of Irish industrial policy. He regularly engages with government, industry stakeholders, and the media, positioning ISME as a key advocate for the challenges and opportunities facing Irish business owners today.
