Georgina Carpendale
Chief Financial Officer of Fitzgerald Power
Georgina is an experienced finance executive having worked as Chief Financial Officer in a number of companies most notably in a fast paced, innovative, ASX listed technology start-up company. Georgina’s experience includes capital raising, company re-structures, establishment of international subsidiaries, global strategic partnerships, development and execution of company strategy.Georgina has been drawn to start-up/scale-up companies due to the challenges and thrills that come with a growing company.
Georgina is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (First Class Honours) degree specialising in accountancy from South East Technological University.
