Who is this service for?

Sole Traders or Limited Companies can use our Business Correspondence Address service. It is a legal requirement to have a Business Address when setting up a Limited Company in Ireland. If you don’t have a Business Address yet because you are working from home or you are looking for an office to rent you can use our Business Address Service.

What’s included in this service?

• Use of our Dublin address as your Business Correspondence Address with Revenue, banks, and other businesses
• Same-day scanning and forwarding of the post to your email address
• You can also pick up your business correspondence mail Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5:30 PM
• Arrangements to physically forward your post (additional costs occur)
• Please note this is not a trading address

What to expect

This is a subscription service that is renewed annually, you can cancel at anytime. Our client services team will be in contact with you approximately 1 month before the renewal to remind you and give you the option to cancel the renewal. When you purchase the Business Correspondence Address service our Client Services Team is notified of your payment immediately. You will get access to your Kinore profile to submit the information we need to complete the registration. Your order is processed within one working day.
