Alternatively, if the beneficial owner does not have a PPSN, they can file a Form BEN2 - Declaration as to Verification of Identity - as a method to verify the person. We can help you complete the Form BEN2 at no additional service charge, however, note that there may be additional admin costs associated with this process as you will need to get the form signed and stamped by a witness (eg the Notary Public).
For more information on the Form BEN2 process, please reach out to our team today.
Your RBO number should be kept in a safe location.
If you do not have a PPSN, you need to submit a Form BEN2 and in general, it takes 24-48 hours for your RBO Number to be issued by the RBO. Once you have your RBO Number, you can complete the RBO filing, as above.
