How soon after purchasing will the consultation be?
Once you have completed the client acceptance process, you can book the consultation call via our online calendar. You can choose a date and time convenient to you and if your preferred time is not available, we will always try to find an alternative for you.
Why do you need my questions in advance?
Submitting your questions in advance gives our certified experts time to investigate and formulate the best advice for your situation. As each business is different, there may be certain regulations or procedures that need to be highlighted as part of your consultation with us.
How do the consultations take place?
Our consultations take place online. Generally, we use Microsoft Teams or Zoom. Once you have booked your consultation, the meeting link will be sent to you automatically.
Why do I need to provide my identification and proof of address?
As members of Chartered Accountants Ireland, we are required to collect a copy of all directors ID and proof of address documents as part of our client acceptance process. This process is required by all of our clients, no matter the service provided.
