Why set up in Ireland?

Michel started his business in the UK at the beginning of 2017 but Brexit drove his decision to set up a Limited Company in Ireland. He feels that if he hadn’t made the move to Ireland, Automotive Cloud would not have been able to remain in business.

Setting up in Ireland can allow businesses to continue trading in ways that would lead to non-compliance issues in the UK post-Brexit.

After great success moving his company to Ireland, Michel feels like he should have moved to Ireland sooner. Automotives Cloud is growing fast and he hopes to expand to a B2C element in the future.
