CEO Bio

Overview

Larissa Feeney FCA is an Chartered Accountant and the CEO and founder of Kinore, formerly known as Accountant Online, a multi-award-winning chartered accountancy firm that provides exceptional finance and business services. Specialising in top-tier annual accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and payroll services, Kinore serves companies across Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK. The company is proudly ISO 9001 accredited, underscoring its commitment to quality management and customer satisfaction.

Experience

Larissa’s leadership has been widely recognised. In 2026, she was named CEO of the Year at the IMAGE PwC Businesswoman of the Year Awards. Kinore has also won the Best Operational Impact Award at the Digital Transformation & AI Awards 2025, Xero Partner of the Year for five consecutive years (2021 to 2025), and Kinore was awarded Digital Innovator of the Year at the 2026 Irish Xero Awards. Other accolades include the Client Service Award and Online Practice of the Year (2022 and 2024) from the Irish Accountancy Awards, and, prior to rebranding, Medium Practice of the Year and overall Practice of the Year in 2020. Larissa herself was named Letterkenny Business Person of the Year in 2022 and Accountant of the Year in 2018, having previously been shortlisted for the Image Businesswoman of the Year Award in 2017 and 2018.

Guided by the belief that every business should have access to world-class financial expertise, Larissa’s leadership reflects Kinore’s core values of ambition, fairness, and utter dependability. She continues to champion digital-first, client-centric approaches that make professional accountancy services more accessible, transparent, and effective for modern businesses.

How They Help Clients

Larissa is deeply focused on making sure Kinore’s service reflects what clients need, not just what’s easiest to deliver. She regularly runs client focus groups to hear directly from business owners about what’s working and what isn’t. That insight feeds straight back into how the business operates: one of her key goals is identifying and eliminating low-value, time-consuming tasks across the team, freeing up capacity so Kinore’s people can spend more time where it matters most, with clients, giving them the attention and quality of service they deserve.

Beyond the Office

Beyond Kinore, Larissa is a committed advocate for female entrepreneurship. She has worked closely with Local Enterprise Office Donegal throughout her career, is a Lead Entrepreneur for ACORNS supporting early-stage female founders, contributed to the Going For Growth initiative, and supported the Back For Business programme for returning emigrants. She served as President of the Donegal Women In Business Network from 2023 to 2025.

Expanding her reach as a thought leader, Larissa is the host of Real Business Conversations, a podcast featuring candid discussions with entrepreneurs and business leaders from across Ireland and beyond. She is also a sought-after speaker and commentator, regularly appearing on radio shows, industry panels, and business conferences to share her insights on entrepreneurship, leadership, and the evolving role of technology in professional services.
